La Fête du Brunch Event at Lorette Brasserie Mingles Refined Brunch Fare

The Paré Restaurant Group is celebrating the return of the annual food and wine celebration Cornucopia by hosting a trio of exclusive events at its French-and Québécois-inspired Lorette Brasserie (102B-4359 Main St.) and beloved Italian destination Quattro (4319 Main St.) this November in Whistler.
On Sunday, November 16 from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., Lorette will play host to La Fête du Brunch, a spirited affair that begins with family style starters followed by a choice of refined brunch entrées that include a choice of three Eggs Benedicts, Croque Madame and Brioche French Toast complemented by elevated drink stations pouring signature brunch cocktails, sparking wine and seasonal sips perfectly designed to keep the celebration flowing.

Lorette’s sister restaurant Quattro will also host a pair of sold-out five-course tasting menu events during Cornucopia — a rare, head-to-head tasting featuring two of BC’s most celebrated wineries during an Evening with Checkmate and Martin’s Lane on Friday, Nov. 7, and an Evening with Allegrini, showcasing varietals from Italy’s Veneto region and the famed Allegrini estate on Friday, Nov. 14.
