Dahlia will mark the eve of Christmas and the kickoff to 2026 with festive, three-course prix-fixe menus for $145 per person plus tax and gratuity that includes a glass of Veuve Clicquot Champagne and live music and showcases a choice of Starter — Scallops (basil, cream, caviar), Ahi Tuna (foie gras, chive, brioche) or Wild Mushroom (sourdough, truffle, cream) — followed by an Entrée choice of Duck Breast (strawberry gastrique, leek), Lobster Tail (lavender cream, romanesco) or Filet Mignon (morel mushroom, jus) and a Dessert selection that features a choice of Tiramisu (marmalade, lady fingers, cream cheese), Cheesecake (vanilla ice cream, caramel sauce) or Sticky Ginger Cake (mascarpone, berries) with complimentary coffee or tea.
Dahlia will also offer special Brunch services on Christmas Day (Thurs., Dec. 25th) and New Year’s Day (Thurs., Jan. 1st, 2026) from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. that features relaxed, à-la-carte Dahlia favourites and lighter options including Triple Stacked Pancakes, Short Rib Eggs Benny, Avocado Toast, Croque Madame, Tomato Egg Drop, Granola Parfait, Chia Cloud Bowl and more.
Celebrate the night before Christmas at Lavantine, where festive evenings meet panoramic city views during a special dinner service complemented by live music, warm holiday ambiance and an à-la-carte menu featuring seasonal Mediterranean-inspired fare.
Lavantine’s Christmas Eve menu features include Winter Truffle Hummus (black truffle, chickpea, pita), Roasted Chestnut Babaganoush (eggplant, chestnut, pita), a Lamb Platter (lamb loin, lamb rack, lamb kebab, chestnut & saffron pilaf, sumac onions, tzatziki), Seafood Platter (prawns, lobster, crab dip, oysters, caviar, pita), Ora King Salmon Skewer (maple-harissa glaze, sumac onion, chestnut & saffron pilaf) and decadent desserts such as Sweet Künefe (pistachio, cheese, simple syrup) and Traditional Baklava (pistachio, phyllo, butter, vanilla gelato).
Lavantine will help guests flip the calendar to the new year in fine style on Weds., Dec. 31st with a New Year’s Eve Table Experience that includes a choice of Seafood Platter (prawns, lobster, oysters, pita) or Mezze Platter (babaganoush, tzatziki, hummus, pita, crudité, pickles) and a bottle of Veuve Clicquot to share for $190 per table plus tax and gratuity.
The lavish rooftop oasis will also feature a live DJ and an optional New Year’s Eve feature prix-fixe menu for $140 per person plus tax and gratuity that includes a choice of Starter (Winter Truffle Hummus, Foie Gras Torchon or Herbed Falafel & Caviar), Main — 8oz Tenderloin (wild mushrooms, black truffle, Lavantine sauce), Sizzling Eggplant Moussaka (green lentil, potato purée, pomegranate, crispy onion, Swiss chard) or Ora King Salmon Skewer (maple harissa glaze, sumac onion, chestnut & saffron pilaf) — and Dessert including Dubai Chocolate Cheesecake (kunafa, sorbet, fresh berries), Traditional Baklava (pistachio, phyllo, butter, vanilla gelato) or Sweet Kunefe (pistachio, cheese, simple syrup).
A selection of premium dishes and gourmet enhancements will also be available throughout the night, including Smoked Tuna Tartare (caviar, lemon labneh, Ahi tuna, pita), Grilled Octopus (batata harra, chimichurri, radicchio), Lamb Chops (harissa, pistachio, tzatziki) and more.
