Canada’s top-ranked pizzeria opens World Cup™ tables

Pizzeria Spacca Napoli has been recognized by Gambero Rosso, the global authority on Italian food, wine and travel. It is the highest pizzeria ranking in Canada, and Spacca Napoli’s third consecutive year in the Gambero Rosso International guide.

“To be recognized for three years running by the people who wrote the book on Italian pizza is an incredible honour,” says Vita Di Giovanni, General Manager. “We are proud, we are grateful, and we are not slowing down.”

The recognition reflects what guests have come to expect from Spacca Napoli: imported Italian ingredients, slow-fermented dough, pizzaioli trained in the Neapolitan tradition, and a wood-fired forno that has not cooled since 2016.
