From the return of the beloved Watermelon Salad with watermelon, strawberries, tomato, feta, and pesto to new dishes like the Melitzano–whole roasted Eggplant with tahini, potatoes, and roasted chickpeas, The Greek will make summer delicious with irresistible flavours of the Mediterranean.
Seafood lovers can celebrate summer with fresh options like crispy baked Lingcod, marinated Mediterranean Grilled Octopus, and the new Garlic Prawns in a rich white wine and butter sauce. Along with the whole Eggplant entree, new plant-based options include Spanakorizo, slow simmered spinach and rice with caramelized onion and dill for a lusciously rich way to get all your greens.
When patio sipping is the plan, The Greek’s legendary Karpouzi Watermelon Mojito is back to offer a perfect refresher for long sunny days spent al fresco. New cocktail highlights for the season include Helen’s Daiquiri, a mango ginger lime spin on the Cuban classic, the Kolasi Sour with Vodka, St. Germain, Aperol, lemon, and grapefruit, and the Selini Sidecar with St. Remy Signature and Grand Marnier given a sweet, herbaceous spin with blueberry, fresh basil, and lemon.
