SUYO Celebrates Peruvian Independence Day
throughout July with a Peruvian Classics Tasting Menu
In celebration of Peru’s Independence Day (Fiestas Patrias) on July 28, SUYO Modern Peruvian is inviting guests to experience the country’s rich culinary heritage with a limited-time Peruvian Classics Tasting Menu, available throughout July.
Observed annually on July 28, Fiestas Patrias commemorates Peru’s independence from Spanish rule in 1821. To mark the occasion, Chef/Owner Ricardo Valverde has curated a five-course menu that showcases some of Peru’s most iconic dishes through SUYO’s contemporary lens.
