bi-weekly Self-Care Series at Fairmont Spa
Fairmont Spa at Fairmont Pacific Rim welcomes Kolm Kontrast, Vancouver’s immersive sauna and cold plunge studio, for the hotel’s first-ever guided sauna residency and first partnership with a dedicated contrast therapy brand.
Beginning September 30, Fairmont Pacific Rim will host the Kolm Self-Care Series in the Himalayan Salt Sauna at Fairmont Spa. This exclusive residency brings Kolm’s signature approach to guided sauna into the hotel’s spa every other Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
The collaboration brings together two Vancouver brands untied by a shared commitment to wellness, exceptional guest experience, thoughtful design and elevated service. Known for transforming sauna and cold plunge from an individual wellness practice into an immersive guided experience, Kolm will adapt three of its signature rituals for the Fairmont Pacific Rim sauna: Gua Sha, Lymphatic Detox and Sound Healing.
Each 10 to 12-minute experience combines heat, towel waving and aromatherapy with guided practices designed to create an intentional moment of restoration for mind and body.
