I like Vikram Vij because he’s got it all covered. He can cook from so many different areas of the world
Love to introduce my new Middle Eastern guy to this event, as he thinks the best chefs are from the Middle East. Would like to prove him wrong with our “Celebrity Chefs.” :)) That would be my pleasure.

Ned Bell is my favourite and I think he should win. I’ve personally met him through a cooking event and he’s personable and super nice. He puts a lot of heart into his cooking and is very committed to sustainable foods, ocean wise seafood. I think he totally should win!

Every bite is a gift, a memory, an experience you want to savour.. enjoying every moment of Vikrams cuisine and dining experience.
