2020 Chardonnay
With grapes sourced from some of the South Okanagan’s best sites, they were fermented 92% in barrel with 19% being new french oak, and 8% in concrete egg. A partial malolactic conversion was allowed to occur. The 9 months of ageing was done 86% barrel 10% concrete and 4% stainless. This, combined with lees stirring, created complexity and a sense of balance that doesn’t overpower the fruit.

2019 Syrah
Estate grown on our Perfect Hedge vineyard in Osoyoos, the style is inspired by Cote Rotie in Northern Rhone, blending 96% Syrah with 4% Viognier.
This classic technique gives the nose a slight floral lift and softens the pepper note ever so slightly
