2018 Cabernet Sauvignon

A classic expression of Cabernet Sauvignon with aromas of ripe blackberry, cassis complimented by well integrated oak spice. The refined palate is mouth-coating with a supple texture. Flavours of black currant, clove nd cocoa powder build in intensity throughout the long finish.

WINEMAKING
Matured for 16 months in a combination of new (25%) and 2-3 year-old (75%) French oak barrels.

TASTING NOTE

Rich cassis and black cherry notes are layered with cigar box, black pepper and cedar aromatics. The structured palate balances fine-grained tannins with generous dark fruits and cloves. Classically -styled and elegant, the finish balances power and finesse.
