Introduction to Wine Judging

Ever wonder why some wines are better than others? Join us for an introduction to the process of wine judging and learn to assess wine quality based on appearance, nose, balance, taste and finish. The three classroom sessions will be followed by four practical sessions at Pacific Breeze Winery and an opportunity to attend a BC Guild of Wine Judges session.
