Ring in 2016 at Nita’s Yellow Eve ($99 including tax) – a Veuve Clicquot New Year celebration at Cure Lounge on December 31. Revellers will enjoy a 375mL personal bottle of Veuve Clicquot champagne and canapés curated by Chef Dean Hossack. Dance the night away or try your lucky hand at classic casino games presented by Russian Standard Vodka. Aura Restaurant is also offering an early three-course ($85) or late five-course ($125) New Year’s Eve dinner.
During the snow season guests can cozy up in the Fix Fondue Hut with an authentic European style fondue every Monday from December 14 – February 29. At Fix Café Chef Dean Hossack’s Swiss cheese fondue is made from scratch using Gruyère and Emmental and is served the traditional way with a cup of Kirsch schnapps, Diners can also opt for the ‘fondue chinoises’: a traditional method of cooking meat and vegetables in a hotpot of delicious broth. Three courses include salad, a choice of cheese or meat fondue served with sides and a dessert for $39 pp + tax*.
Plan a special festive getaway to Nita and enjoy indulgent four-course meals at Aura Restaurant on both December 24th and 25th ($95). Holiday menus feature pan-seared scallops with butternut squash puree, venison carpaccio with saskatoon berry vinaigrette, Kuterra salmon with yam gnocchi, or roast turkey and all the trimmings. Finish with sticky toffee pudding or traditional yule log with crème anglais. A children’s menu is available for younger guests.
