Fairmont Hotels across British Columbia offer memorable ways to gather this Thanksgiving.
Fairmont Pacific Northwest is celebrating Thanksgiving with a collection of festive dining experiences and chef-prepared Turkey To-Go offerings across its British Columbia hotels. From traditional holiday dinners and brunches to fully prepared take-home feasts, guests can enjoy Thanksgiving traditions without the planning, cooking or cleanup.
At Fairmont Vancouver Airport, Thanksgiving is made effortless with a chef-crafted Turkey To-Go dinner available in portions for intimate gatherings or larger family celebrations. The menu includes slow-roasted Fraser Valley turkey, sage-infused gravy, traditional stuffing, seasonal vegetables and house-made dessert, giving guests the opportunity to enjoy a complete holiday feast from the comfort of home. Packages are available for groups of 2, 4-5, or 8-10 guests, with pricing starting at $129 plus taxes. Orders must be placed by October 8 at 10:00 a.m. and can be picked up on October 10, 11, or 12.
Fairmont Hotel Vancouver is offering a variety of seasonal experiences throughout the fall, including a special Thanksgiving brunch, three-course dinner at Notch8, and a curated Turkey To-Go program created by Executive Chef Mike Reid. Available in two sizes, the take-home turkey feast delivers elegant holiday dining with all the traditional flavours of Thanksgiving, thoughtfully prepared and ready to reheat and serve. Option #1 is $360 plus taxes and serves 4-5 guests, while Option #2 is $550 plus taxes and serves 8-10 people. Orders must be placed by Tuesday, October 6 at 5:00 p.m., with pickup available on Sunday, October 11 between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Additionally, the Thanksgiving Brunch will run on October 11 and 12 from 11:30 a.m., for $72 for adults and $36 for children plus tax. The Thanksgiving Dinner will also run on October 11 and 12 from 5:30 p.m., for $80 for adults and $49 for children.
At Fairmont Waterfront, guests can choose between two festive dining celebrations at ARC Restaurant. Thanksgiving Day on October 12 will feature ARC’s popular Thanksgiving Bottomless Brunch, highlighted by the return of ARC’s signature Turkey Skillet alongside a variety of seasonal favourites, for $99 per person or $47 for children plus tax. Guests can also enjoy a three-course Thanksgiving Dinner from 5:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The dinner will feature a classic Rossdown turkey with traditional accompaniments, as well as plant-based options and seasonal desserts in a warm waterfront setting, for $82 per person and $40 children 6-12 (kids 5 and under eat free) plus tax. Reservations are required.
Fairmont Pacific Rim will celebrate Thanksgiving on October 10 with a 5km Turkey Burn Run Run at 10:30 a.m. in collaboration with Wellness Club x HOUSE Concepts and powered by Kala Red Light. Additionally, Botanist will be hosting a Thanksgiving Brunch on October 10, 11 and 12 featuring a seasonal carvery and brunch classics, paired with a welcome beverage and a vinyl DJ for $96 per person plus tax.
At Fairmont Empress, guests can purchase a classic Thanksgiving feast prepared by the hotel’s culinary team. The Turkey To-Go package features a whole herb-brined and slow-roasted free-range turkey accompanied by traditional sides including sourdough-sage stuffing, Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, maple-roasted root vegetables, Brussels sprouts with double-smoked bacon, house-made cranberry-apple chutney and more. The complete holiday meal offers an effortless way to celebrate at home. The full turkey is $599 plus taxes and serves 8-10 people. Order by Thursday, October 8 at 12:00 p.m. and pick up Sunday, October 11 from 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
