Erica Minisini and Lily Ayala launched Cien Boutique in November 2015 when they had trouble finding unique and affordable style in their own city of Vancouver. Having to pay ridiculous duties, exchange rates, and shipping fees for online shopping outside of Canada, they decided to bring the latest trends to their own web based boutique with the goal of eliminating this problem for their fellow Canadian fashionistas. In their boutique taxes are included and shipping is flat rate. Whether its statement style or fashion for the everyday Cien has a piece for you.
