Throughout her years working for various caterers, she felt that there was so much room to elevate the experience; departing from the more typical foods and tableware styles that have become dated with time. And through working at contemporary, innovative restaurants such as YEW Seafood + Bar, Chef Bell learned the difference that style and flare can have on the overall culinary experience.
Seeing this need for catering companies that emphasize equally on quality of food and on bringing the style of the modern restaurant experience; Chef Bell took on the challenge of starting her own company. In doing so, she found room to branch out and personalize her service for her clientele. “Every client has a different view of what they want their event to be, and I work with each client to create a tailored menu to suit their individual vision… to discuss how their event can reach its full potential.”
