Afternoon Tea During the Holidays

The Heathman’s Afternoon Tea During the Holidays combines the sweet (Chocolate Sea Salt French Macaron Lemon Crème Éclair, Honey Apple Flower Tartlet & Almonds, Chocolate Gold Leaf Truffle, Violet Berry Roulade) with the all gluten-free savory (Harissa Deviled Eggs with Crab, Belgium Endive with Goat Cheese & Olives, Salmon Roulade on a House Potato Chip, Chicken Salad & Cucumber with Toasted Almonds) for an unmatched display this side of the North Pole.

Partake in Cinnamon, Honey, Cherry, and Apricot scones topped with a choice of Crème Fraîche, Blackberry Jam, or Apple Butter (all spreads gluten-free).

Afternoon Tea During the Holidays is offered by reservation only Thursday through Sunday from 12 p.m. – 4 p.m. at $32 per person ($19 ages 12 and under), excluding sales tax and gratuity. Thanksgiving Day – Thursday, November 24th

A three-course prix fixe menu will feature appetizers of Wild Mushroom Soup, Winter Beet Salad, Artisan Green Salad, Poached Pear Salad, Bleu Cheese Salad, and Winter Squash Soup.

Entrees will showcase Grilled Filet Mignon, Pan-roasted Free-Range Pheasant, Bluebird Farms Organic Farro, Grilled Free-Range Pork Chop, Free-Range Roast Turkey, Pan-seared King Salmon, and Winter Squash Ravioli.

To finish the meal, guests can savor desserts, such as Apple Pie, Pumpkin Pie, Lemon Sage Flan, Hazelnut Cake, Cider Fruitcake, and Trellis Cookies of Peanut Butter Thumbprint & Chocolate Crinkle.

The special Thanksgiving Day menu will be priced at $75 for adults and $25 for children 12 and under, excluding sales tax and gratuity. Thanksgiving hours are Breakfast 6:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. (closed 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.) and Thanksgiving Dinner from 12 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

Christmas Day – Sunday, December 25th

The Heathman’s Trellis restaurant is decking the halls this Christmas with a four-course prix fixe dinner ($80 adults/$25 age 12 and under) featuring fancies to keep even the Grinch warm. Dinner starts out with a choice of soups and salads – Bleu Cheese, Dungeness Crab Bisque, Avocado Citrus Salad, Winter Squash Soup, or “La Quercia” Prosciutto Americana – followed by an Apple Sorbet Intermezzo with a Champagne splash.

Choose between the Filet Mignon and Aged New York Steak for the main course; or the Pan-Seared Free Range Pheasant or Roast Rack of Lamb. For fish lovers, there’s a Pan-Seared Wild King Salmon. Vegetarians will love the Squash Ravioli offering.

Leave room for dessert: Christmas Cookies, Buche de Noel, Lemon Sage Flan, Cider Fruit Cake, and Caramel Apple Bread Pudding are all on the table.

Trellis will be open on Christmas Eve, Saturday, December 24, from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. for Breakfast and Lunch, and Dinner from 4:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. Trellis will re-open on Christmas Day, Sunday, December 25, for Breakfast from 7:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. and then will close until 12 p.m. Christmas Dinner service will begin promptly at 12 p.m. and continue until 8:00 p.m. Reservations may be made by calling 425-284-5900 or online via OpenTable.

New Year’s Eve – Sunday, December 31st

There are two options to choose from on New Year’s Eve at Trellis – and both are equally outstanding. The first is a five-course New Year’s Eve celebration menu showcasing starters of Buttermilk Fried Yearling Oysters, Dungeness Crab Cocktail, Pan-Seared Sweet Breads, Maine Lobster Bisque, and “La Quercia” Prosciutto Americana; salads of Arugula & Poached Pear or Bleu Cheese; an Apple Sorbet Intermezzo with a Champagne splash to entrees of Seared Scallops, Pan-Seared Wild King Salmon, Filet Mignon, or a Grilled Veal Chop; with Chocolate Sea Salt, Pecan Pie, or Pear & Almond Tartlet desserts.

The New Year’s celebration menu is priced at $95 per person, excluding sales tax and gratuity. Reservations may be made by calling 425-284-5900 or online via OpenTable.

The second option for New Year’s Eve dining is à la carte served in the Trellis bar area. All appetizers are priced at $18 each; salads $12; entrees $42; a $9 intermezzo; and desserts are $14 each. All prices exclude sales tax and gratuity.

Normal dining hours from 7 a.m. until 2 p.m. are in effect during Breakfast and Lunch, with dinner from 4:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. Reservations for the five-course seating or the à la carte menu may be made by calling 425-284-5900 or online via OpenTable.

On Sunday, January 1, 2017, Breakfast and Brunch will be available from 7:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m., with the regular dinner menu offered from 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.
