Greeted with champagne, eclairs, a photobooth and energetic staff, the first Canadian L’Éclair de Génie opened their doors April 30th. First of it’s kind, French pastry chef Christophe Adam has creations that are bold but subtle and not overly sweet. The eclairs are all visually stunning to the point where you almost don’t want to eat them
From flavours like pistachio raspberry to yuzu, there is something for everyone. This little cafe is perfect for a weekend coffee date or when you need a little pick me up.
They are currently selling out every day but it’s worth the wait and effort.
