Renowned Canadian Chef David Hawksworth shares his love of food and fishing at the 12th annual David Hawksworth & Friends Culinary Adventure on July 15-19, 2018. Join Chef Hawksworth and other top BC chefs at Canada’s leading luxury fishing lodge, The West Coast Fishing Club, for an exciting week of fishing, friends and flavoursome food this summer.

Set to be one of The West Coast Fishing Club’s most extraordinary getaways, the culinary adventure takes place on the stunning shores of Haida Gwaii, with an awe-inspiring ocean backdrop from the luxury suites of The Clubhouse. Enjoy days on the open water with the Lodge’s fleet of first-class fishing boats, followed by daily cooking classes using the finest local ingredients. By evening, Chef David Hawksworth will be joined by some of BC’s leading culinary masters, including Adam Pegg of La Quercia, Nightingale’s head chef Phil Scarfone, and Bon Vivant Catering’s Dino Renaerts. Guest chefs will be creating exquisite meals of bold, local flavours that will be served alongside expertly-curated wine pairings by guest sommelier, Mark Davidson of Wine Australia.
