Tickets Available for Wild Salmon Celebration August 25

Local chefs show support for sustainable BC salmon

Summer in British Columbia means that the seasonal delicacies appear, and that includes fresh, ocean-caught wild salmon.

In collaboration with BC Salmon Marketing Council, the Chefs’ Table Society of British Columbia (CTS) hosts the second annual Wild Salmon Celebration event at the dockside of False Creek Fishermen’s Wharf on Saturday, August 25 (6:30pm-9:00pm).
Tickets available online for $59 per person (plus taxes and fees).

Wild salmon lovers will convene on August 25 in beautiful False Creek

This year’s Wild Salmon Celebration features well-known BC chefs who have gathered to create delicious dishes using sustainable BC wild salmon donated by family-owned seafood supplier, Grand Hale.

The Wild Salmon Celebration is a grazing event where guests will enjoy tasting size dishes, paired with BC wines, which showcase each chefs’ love of the ocean and unique culinary style. This elegant evening on the water will be accompanied by live music from local musicians.

Some of the participating chefs include:
Gus Stieffenhofer-Brandson, Hawsworth Restaurant
Mariana Gabilondo, La Mezcalaria

The full list of participating chefs, wineries and other beverage providers to be revealed closer to the event date. Please note this is a 19 years+ event.
