The evening program begins at 7pm with opening remarks and then a look back at the founding of Minerva and highlights of the past 20 years with Nancy and Tina Strehlke. Later in the event, Minerva BC youth alumnae, Christal Do, will share her views on the future.
“Since 1999, Minerva BC has helped 4,000 women across British Columbia unlock their potential to become leaders in their community,” says Minerva BC CEO Tina Strehlke. “We have made great strides closing the gender gap at the leadership level over the past 20 years, yet there is still a tremendous amount of work to do. We’re excited to launch our year-long celebration by bringing together founders, volunteers, donors, program participants and friends from the past 20 years.”
