Master Chef Victoire Bongo, restaurateur, 3x gold award winning chef, author and president of Bongo Brands is excited to announce the return of ‘Bongo BBQ & Pasta’ to Village Grounds located in beautiful downtown Naramata. A casual, down to earth and relaxed BBQ and pasta with amazing chef driven food, eat-in, take-out, reservations accepted, smiles are free.
Chef Bongo and his team are excited to be delivering this year’s global BBQ menu. Back on the menu are the African BBQ and Chim Churri sauces and a couple of new ones, for those hot fans ask for Mama Bongos Hot Sauce (Deadly Stuff! – it’s kept under lock and key). The slow smoked chicken under cherry wooded, Aftrican Peanut soup, Congo Corn bread are back. The Pasta line up has now expanded with even more amazing flavours and the new staff favourite Moroccan Bolognese will shake your taste buds. This year we are bringing Bongo BBQ & Pasta closer in line to our ultimate vision of feeding all of Naramata one person at a time!
