The early bird gets the worm—or in this case, the beer. Vancouver Craft Beer Week (VCBW) is gearing up for its 10th annual celebration of craft beer and craft culture June 8 and 9, 2019, at the PNE Fairgrounds. Specially priced tickets are on sale now—but act fast, early bird sales end Sunday, March 31, at midnight.

Every year, VCBW rewards eager beer fans for purchasing tickets before April 1 with discounted pricing of $35 for single day tickets, and $55 for a weekend pass (regularly priced at $39 and $65, respectively). Discounted tickets can be purchased at VancouverCraftBeerWeek.com, while supplies last, until midnight on March 31, 2019.

With a trifecta of top honours (2018 Golden Owl Awards Social Event of the Year; 2018 Growler Awards Best Beer Festival/Event; 2019 Georgia Straight Golden Plates Best Beer Festival), the VCBW Festival offers two days of spectacular outdoor entertainment including live music, games, food trucks and access to more than 100 craft breweries and cideries, pouring 300+ beers and ciders.

Back by popular demand, VIP packages for single-day or weekend enjoyment include early entry to the VIP area, expedited entry to the festival, 10 drink tokens and one food voucher. The VIP area offers access to exclusive beers, food, music and private washrooms. VIP packages are priced at $85 for a single day and $140 for a weekend pass and are available for purchase now.

Attendees can beat the lineups at the festival by pre-purchasing tokens, priced at $20 for 10 tokens when they buy their tickets online.

VCBW is committed to providing a safe space for all to enjoy and ensuring that craft beer is promoted and appreciated responsibly by adults. All volunteers, staff, and attendees should experience VCBW free from harassment, assault or intimidation—any such behaviour will not be tolerated. As with all VCBW events, Serving It Right rules apply—attendees must be 19+ years of age and provide two pieces of ID. VCBW guests are reminded to drink responsibly and plan a safe ride home.
