Additional information on keeping cool and getting to the event

The team at OAK Estate Winery has some updates to share with you regarding this exciting event set for July 10 in Summerland.

This posh picnic is the hottest ticket to the coolest event in the Okanagan this summer. To beat the heat, the organizers have installed misters to keep things cool, and they offer air conditioning in the winery to enjoy a cool break.

There are optional shuttles to safely transport guests to and from the event for an additional fee. Tickets for the shuttle must be booked in advance when event tickets are purchased.

Kelowna shuttle $50 per couple

For 1:30 p.m. picnic – Board the shuttle at 12:15 p.m. at the Marriott Grand Okanagan Resort. Shuttle departs at 12:30 p.m. sharp

For the 4 p.m. picnic – Board the shuttle at 2:45 p.m. at the Marriott Grand Okanagan Resort. Shuttle departs at 3 p.m. sharp

Penticton Shuttle $60 per couple

For 1:30 p.m. picnic – Board the shuttle by 12:30 p.m. at the Penticton Lakeside Resort. Shuttle departs at 12:45 p.m. sharp.

For 4 p.m. picnic – Board the shuttle by 3 p.m. at the Penticton Lakeside Resort. Shuttle departs at 3.15 p.m. sharp.

Additional beverages (beer, wine, non-alcoholic and Veuve Clicquot champagne) will be available for purchase at the event.

Attendees can also pre-order additional bottles of Veuve Clicquot Rosé (an additional $25.57) or a Magnum of the Yellow Label Brut ($141.47) when they book their event tickets.
