Tardieu Laurent Wine Dinner.
Savvy Wine Consulting is headed by Sommelier Si Man Lee. Born and raised in Vancouver, Si Man has worked in the world of wine for over 20 years. He studied with Wine & Spirits Educational Trust (WSET) and the Court of Master Sommeliers and has worked for Vancouver institutions such as Sutton Place Hotel, Diva at the Met, Salt Tasting Room, Hart House and recently, working part time as Sommelier at Boulevard.
