This Valentine’s Day, the most decorated Champagne House of the century, Piper-Heidsieck, is the sparkling companion to your Valentine’s Day celebrations hosted in the intimacy of H Tasting Lounge’s coveted Winterlust domes. Let the ambience of the harbour and city lights set the stage for an unforgettable occasion while glasses of the finest Piper-Heidsieck selections flow for a six-course champagne-paired meal that sweeps you off your feet. Explore the brilliant characteristics of Vintage 2014 and Rare 2008, enhanced by entrées including Steelhead Salmon topped with fresh shaved Italian Alba white truffle and Five Spiced Duck Breast with black truffle & duck dumpling.

Each private dome accommodates 2 – 6 guests and features stylish celestial-style elements and plush accessories for an intimate hideaway. Independent sound systems, heaters, and fresh-air circulation vents give you the opportunity to make the atmosphere your own.

The menu, available exclusively on Tuesday, February 14, includes Japanese-inspired dishes alongside premium Piper-Heidsieck champagne pairings. A four-layer red velvet cake steals the spotlight for the grand finale. The full swoon-worthy feast includes:
