The line up of award-winning Empress 1908 Gins are micro-distilled in small batch copper-pot stills and handcrafted using an array of carefully selected botanicals. Chef Nathan’s menu for the brightly coloured, hand-crafted spirits includes Leek & Onion Pithivier, Tuna Crudo, Fennel & Orange Salad, Beef Tenderloin, and a Blueberry + Lemon Sponge Cake each paired with their own Empress 1908 Gin cocktail.
