Renowned Chef David Hawksworth and his talented culinary team are thrilled to announce their return for the sixth season, bringing a series of exceptional dining experiences to Steeps Grill & Wine Bar atop Whistler Mountain. Guests are invited to experience a delectable three-course lunch pop-up with reservations starting at 11:00am until 1:30pm, while immersing themselves in the breathtaking views at this world-renowned ski resort.

A tantalizing three-course menu priced at $79 per person showcases seasonal and local ingredients, expertly executed techniques, and robust flavour combinations. Starters include options such as cashew nut hummus with roasted winter vegetables and curry lime dressing, or crispy pork belly with caper & raisin purée, shaved fennel, and orange salad. Mouthwatering mains feature parmesan gnocchi with cavolo nero pesto, castelvetrano olive, and brown butter, as well as grilled chicken with salsa verde, green apple, and spiced pecan. To conclude the meal, guests can indulge in delightful desserts like black forest cake with macerated cherry, white chocolate chantilly and orange, or coconut mousse with passionfruit, banana, cardamom sponge with mango.
