Rosie’s BBQ & Smokehouse Thanksgiving Turkey Tailgate is back and bigger in 2024

Turkey feasting expanding to two locations, Batch Vancouver and the Parkside Brewery

Rosie’s BBQ & Smokehouse is bringing their Turkey Tailgate back this year and expanding it to two locations, Batch Vancouver and the Parkside Brewery, to make it even easier to enjoy a Southern-style smoked turkey feast, whole brisket, or country ham to share with family and friends.

Rosie’s turkey dinners feed up to 10 people deliciously and are available by preorder only on Thanksgiving Sunday. October 13th, with order cutoff at 5pm on Friday, October 11th. Add a legendary brisket, ribs, or Thanksgiving smoked ham to take dinner to the next level!

Rosie’s sugar brines fresh local turkeys for 24 hours, then stuffs them with onions and oranges, then slowly smokes them over maple, birch, and cherry woods for a rich flavour and unrivalled tenderness. The feast is rounded out with Southern favourites like savory smoked mac & cheese and housemade cornbread alongside buttermilk mashed potatoes, sugar glazed carrots, and Brussels Sprouts with smoked brisket.

On Thanksgiving, both trucks will also serve up a selection of favourite handhelds along with stuffed potatoes, and by the pound brisket and ribs for those looking to celebrate the day with classic BBQ or whose appetite won’t wait until dinner time!

Rosie’s BBQ & Smokehouse Smoked Turkey Thanksgiving Dinners cost $295 and are available by pre-order only at rosieshospitality.ca. Orders must be placed before 5pm Friday, October 11th to be picked up at Batch in Plaza of Nations or the Parkside Brewery in Port Moody on Sunday, October 13th. Dinners are delivered fully cooked with warming instructions.
