Feast during the holidays with slow-smoked turkey, brisket, and ham holiday spreads

Rosie’s BBQ & Smokehouse Turkey Tailgate has been a delicious part of holiday celebrations since their first BBQ season, and this year, the Rosie’s team is going to fire the smokers up again over the holiday season. They’ll be preparing Southern-style dinner packages with smoked turkey, brisket, or country ham accompanied by classic sides for a shareable festive feast.

Rosie’s festive dinners feed 8-10 people deliciously for only $295 and come fully cooked and ready for easy warm up for the holiday table. Smoked turkeys, briskets and hams are available separately or as an add-to to the feast for $160.

Rosie’s sugar brines fresh local turkeys for 24 hours, then stuffs them with onions and oranges, then slowly smokes them over maple, birch, and cherry woods for a rich flavour and unrivalled tenderness. 63 Acres briskets and Fraser Valley hams are slow smoked with the same loving care
and all the feasts are rounded out with Southern favourites like savory smoked mac & cheese and housemade cornbread alongside buttermilk mashed potatoes, sugar glazed carrots, and Brussels Sprouts with smoked brisket.

Orders must be placed by December 20th for pickup at Main Street Brewing, 261 E 7th Ave, between 11:30am and 4pm on December 23rd
