Street Food City Keeps on Trucking!
Dine Out Vancouver Festival’s popular food truck festival returns
from January 24 – 26
Vancouver’s original street-food celebration marks its 13th year of bringing hungry diners, food trucks and other mobile bites together, at Street Food City during the Dine Out Vancouver Festival 2025. Don’t miss the three greatest days of winter for anyone with a taste for the hottest global flavours, dished out by local small businesses.
From Friday, January 24 to Sunday, January 26, šxʷƛ̓ənəq Xwtl’e7énk Square (north plaza of the Vancouver Art Gallery, on West Georgia Street between Hornby and Howe Streets) will be full of trucks and carts firing up the hottest cuisines, trendiest flavours and best plant-based bites. Let your appetite guide you through grazing periods from 11 am to 5 pm daily.
This year, vendors have everything from authentic Korean, Italian, Greek, Malaysian, Indian, Mexican and Slavic cuisine on their menus. Covetable, highly photographable hand-held treats include gooey grilled cheese sandwiches, crispy-fried arancini, innovatively topped mounds of fries and cream-filled pastry rolls.
“Vancouver’s growing diversity means we have a range of street food that few other cities can boast,” says Lucas Pavan, Manager, Membership & Dine Out Vancouver Festival, Destination Vancouver. “With value at the top of everyone’s minds, Street Food City is one of the most bang-for-the-buck ways to experience Dine Out Vancouver. There are so many cuisines and flavours represented, that whether you’re a trend-hunter or craving your favourite comfort food — you’ll find it at Street Food City.”
