Heritage Acres Distilling are thrilled to participate in the Vancouver Cocktail Week’s Black & White Gala on Saturday, March 8. This glamorous event features top bartenders crafting unique cocktails, a VIP hour with canapés, and sips from over two dozen premium spirits brands.

The closing night gala is the biggest, most glamourous event of Vancouver Cocktail Week, and it’s one you don’t want to miss! Don your most stylish black-and-white cocktail fashion and step into the beautiful Spanish Ballroom where top bartenders from near and far craft unique cocktails just for you. It begins with a VIP hour with passed canapés and cocktails, and then the doors open onto the party of the year, with cocktail-inspired food to graze on, a DJ and live music to dance to, and sips from more than two dozen premium spirits brands to savour.

In its fourth year, Vancouver Cocktail Week will be a toast to the art of the cocktail, and so much more. It will be a destination event that celebrates the vibrant culture of food and drink in a city that is a hub of cocktail creativity, its multi-award-winning bartenders ambassadors for all that makes this such an exciting culinary community. This event will give those talented bartenders the showcase they deserve—and serve up delicious fun for consumers, too.

VCW 2025 presented by The Alchemist Magazine will celebrate the city’s cocktail culture with eight days of events designed to appeal to industry, consumers, visitors and media alike.

What’s new:

New to the lineup – Quickdraw Whisky: We are excited about Heritage Acres Distilling’s latest creation, Quickdraw Whisky – The Outlaw. Inspired by the Gold Rush era, this whisky promises an unforgettable taste experience rooted in BC’s pioneering heritage. The new whisky sits alongside the Lonely Prospector Vodka, Hurdy Gurdy Gin, and delicious artisanal liqueurs.

By infusing embellished history with quality spirits, we are able to blend our passions into a unique experience. The Noske Family lives in Mt. Lehman and truly enjoys the amazing history of our local community, along with the BC gold rush. It has inspired our journey. Chris grew up prospecting with his grandpa who told amazing stories and instilled a passion for this subject. Together with his wife Jen, they are raising their 3 children to explore our province and develop a love of the past, present and future of BC.
