Reasons to plan a spring-time trip:

Owner Amanda Mailman, who hails from a family of Vancouver Island pioneers, leads a passionate team dedicated to partnering with local, independently owned brands, resulting in valuable tourism dollars staying within the community.

– This spring, Immersion Spa & Wellness is proud to introduce a new wellness line, with both retail products and new treatments available. Nuakiri MD™ is founded by Vancouver Island-based Dr. Liezl Sullivan, this Canadian-made, medical-grade product line which features in five new facials, including a specialized peel treatment further enhancing the Spa’s comprehensive wellness offerings.

– The team at Carve Kitchen & Meatery, led by Chef Ryan Watson, has been working with the resort’s horticulture team to plan and create an expanded vegetable garden, located on property. With 20,000 square feet of space, including a greenhouse to help extend the growing season, an established orchard and an apiary for bees, Naturally Pacific Resort is excited to craft menus that feature primarily resort-grown vegetables and fruits, throughout the spring and summer months. Chef Watson also loves to showcase local, Vancouver Island culinary brands, including Vancouver Island Salt Company, The Mushroom Hut, Natural Pastures Cheese, Fanny Bay Oysters and Salt Spring Island Mussels.

– Naturally Pacific Resort is proud to partner with Wilderness International, a non-profit organization dedicated to the protection of the temperate rainforest of Canada’s west coast. For every guest who opts to decline daily housekeeping services, one square metre of rainforest is purchased in the guest’s name. Unique geo-coordinates of the protected rainforest location are provided to guests following their stay.

– This Easter long weekend, April 18-21, 2025, plan a Vancouver Island getaway for two nights and receive the third night complimentary. Guests who book a stay for April 18 and 19 receive the night of April 20 free (booking code EASTER). Fun activities for the whole family are being planned at the resort, including a decadent Sunday brunch at Carve Kitchen & Meatery, featuring options like Stuffed French Toast with Blueberry & mascarpone and vanilla cream ($20) and Croque Madame with ham, bechamel, gruyere cheese, house salad & champagne vinaigrette ($26).

– On Thursday April 10, 2025, Carve Kitchen & Meatery will host its first Dinner Club, focused on delicious dishes and wines from Argentina. Dinner costs $65 per guest, including a tasty amuse and three courses, prepared by Chef Ryan Watson and his team. Beverages are an additional cost.

– From the 18-hole championship course at Campbell River Golf Club, crafted by the renowned Graham Cooke, to the relaxed atmosphere of Velocity Lounge & Driving Range, Naturally Pacific Resort offers year-round golfing fun for the whole family.

– Starting in April, marine wildlife and whale watching adventures opportunities return to Campbell River’s Discovery Marina. Book a 4-hr Whale and Wildlife Tour with Campbell River Whale Watching & Adventure Tours in either a zodiac or covered boat and experience the abundance of marine life that calls the iconic Discovery Passage and surrounding islands home. Indigenous-owned and operated Homalco Wildlife & Cultural Tours welcomes the return of the area’s black bears, as they emerge from hibernation, with their Spring Whales & Bears tour, offered from April 8th until late June.
