Fanny Bay Oyster Bar & Shellfish Market is springing into a new season and introducing a menu of contemporary West Coast seafood-focused fare and cocktail creations now available at the MICHELIN Guide-recommended downtown hotspot (762 Cambie Street).
The tide-to-table Stadium District destination — which earned its third-consecutive Recommended Status from the prestigious MICHELIN Guide last fall — is making the most of the bounty of fresh-caught Pacific Northwest seafood in dishes including a show-stopping Salish Sea Platter (shucker’s dozen fresh oysters, half cold cracked crab, geoduck sashimi, Ekone smoked mussels, Seaforest kelp wakame salad), Prawn Udon Alfredo (tiger prawns, dashi cream, salmon roe), Sablefish Curry (Golden Eagle sablefish, broccolini, red curry velouté) and more.
Fanny Bay’s popular Happy Hour menu available daily from 2-6 p.m. also gets new and delicious additions including Surf and Turf Tacos (2pc grilled pork belly, hand-peeled shrimp, al pastor sauce, pineapple, cilantro, red onion, spicy lime crema), Snapper Ceviche (avocado, sweet potato, leche de tigre, chili, cilantro, tortilla chips) and Crab Baos (2pc sweet chili Dungeness crab baos, radish, green onion, cilantro).

At the bar, the Fanny Bay team will shake things up with new cocktail features that include the Oyster Martini (Copperpenny x Fanny Bay No. 6 Oyster Shell gin, Brewmaster’s Choice Yoshi No Gawa sake, fresh oyster and its liquor, twist),Mango ’Chelada (salted lime lager, spicy salt rim, mango habanero hot sauce, lime), Ginjo (Brewmaster’s Choice Yoshi No Gawa sake, Botanist gin, St-Germain, lemon, simple syrup, lavender), Shipwreck’d (Forty Creek rye, mint syrup, fresh mint), Anchors Away Spritz (Plymouth gin, sweet vermouth, citrus, mango syrup) and more.
