Bubble Boat Brut: A bouquet of stone fruit, pineapple, and mango is followed by delicate flavours of nectarine, ruby grapefruit, and lemon. This bubbly blend of riesling, schönburger, and pinot blanc won silver at the 2024 West Coast Wine Competition.
2024 Reserve Riesling: This Alsace-style wine is racy and rippling, shimmering with acidity. Pale lemon in colour with notes of citrus zest and wet slate. 2022 Bedrock Red: Layers of wild blueberry, black plum, and blackberry with hints of mocha and baking spice on the finish. This Bordeaux-style red blend was aged for 18 months in French oak.
