Tapas Bar Caramba Showcases Roasted Fraser Valley Turkey Feature
with Prix-Fixe Feast Offered at New French & Québécois-Inspired Hotspot Lorette

The Paré Restaurant Group is welcoming friends and family to gather together and celebrate Thanksgiving in Whistler with special features at its French- and Québécois-inspired Lorette Brasserie (102B-4359 Main Street) and tapas bar staple Caramba (12-4314 Main St.) on Monday, October 13.

Caramba will give guests a chance to tuck into a special feature of Roasted Fraser Valley Turkey served with chorizo stuffing, pommes purée, Pemberton carrots, honey Brussels sprouts, cranberry sauce and turkey gravy for $45 per person plus tax and gratuity, while Lorette will treat visitors to a three-course prix-fixe feast for the senses for $65 per person plus tax and gratuity.

Throughout the Thanksgiving Long Weekend at Caramba, guests can also indulge in three-course-for-$30 or four-course-for-$40 prix-fixe fall menus that showcase a choice of Starter (Calamari a La Plancha, House Made Ricotta, Braised Meatballs, Soup du Jour, Caesar or Caramba Chopped Salad), Main — including the Caramba Burger, Margherita or Spicy Calabrese Salami Pizza, Spaghetti & Meatballs, Tagliatelle Pesto, Mac & Cheese, Mussels ’Nduja (+8), Orange-Glazed Duck Breast (+16) or 10oz Certified Angus NY Striploin (+35) — in addition to Sides (Triple Cooked Chips, Grilled Broccolini, Brussels Sprouts, Mac & Cheese) and Dessert (Triple Chocolate Brownie or Coconut Cheesecake).

At the Paré Restaurant Group’s newest member of the family, Lorette Brasserie, guests can also enjoy a three-course-for-$30 set menu that offers a choice of Hors d’Oeuvres (Cretons, Ahi Tuna Tartare, Oeuf Mimosa or Blue Cheese & Courgette Beignets), Entrée (Endive & Fuji Apples, Laitue, Maple-Glazed Hakurei Turnips, Salmon Rillettes, Roasted Chilliwack Corn or Beef Tartare & Bone Marrow +12) and Plats Principaux that include Chicken Vol-au-Vent, House Rigatoni, Confit Coho Salmon, Smoked Sablefish +15, Beef Cheek Bourguignon +15 or Steak Frites +20.
