SIPPING AROUND BC!

Next Thursday, October 23rd, join us in our Private Dining Room as we close out this year’s Sipping Around BC series with S.Pellegrino, celebrating the coastal terroir of Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands.

Winery Principals Brent Rowland (Averill Creek Vineyard), Chris Turyk (Unsworth Vineyards), and Louise Fedyk (Kutatás Wines) will guide guests through their wines, paired with a five-course menu from Executive Chef Jasper Cruickshank.

With just a few seats remaining, it’s a perfect time to savour the best of British Columbia’s wine country — especially while bottles from further afield are a little harder to come by. Guests will also enjoy exclusive cellar door pricing on featured wines following the dinner.

Earlier this month, we were proud to once again have been named a Michelin Recommended restaurant in Vancouver; a recognition we’ve now held for four consecutive years. This honour is a reflection of our incredible team and the vibrant culinary community we’re part of. SUR LA CÔTE

Our newest collaboration has just arrived — Sur la Côte. This L’Abattoir Cuvée was blended on Vancouver Island at Averill Creek Vineyard with Winemaker Brent Rowland, Head Sommelier Andrew Forsyth and a few of our team members. Bottled and finished with our co-branded label, the wine captures the spirit of the coast and the creativity of our team. Now available in the dining room and on our Private Dining Room wine list.
