As Cecchi’s flagship wine, this showcases quality from Castellina, the best winegrowing region in Chianti. This wine is a traditional style of Chianti Classico with freshness and ripe, round tannins.
90% Sangiovese, 10% Colorino & Canaiolo
TASTING NOTES
COLOUR: Ruby red
AROMA: Cherry, light chocolate, floral and citrus undertones.
TASTE: Medium-bodied with lovely depth, layered texture with ripe, round tannins.
12 months in wooden casks followed by 2 months in bottle prior to release.
