Team Up For Thoughtfully Curated Pairings of Cocktails, Wine and Classic French Fare
Mon Paris Pâtisserie Chef/Owner Elena Krasnova is teaming up with Sommelier Evgeniia Doronina to host two exclusive pairing events titled ‘An Apéro in Mon Paris’ at Mon Paris’ Olympic Village Location (1731 Manitoba St.) on Friday, January 30th and Sunday, Feb. 15th.
Tickets to each of the events are available for $160 per person inclusive of taxes and gratuity and feature elevated wine- and cocktail-pairing experiences that celebrate the timeless harmony of French wine and gastonomy showcased in Doronina’s expert selections and Krasnova’s refined culinary creations.
Each event begins at 7 p.m. with a welcome Passion Fruit Royale cocktail accompanied by a Canelé au Foie Gras and Apricot Confit and unfolds with elegance and balance and transforms classic combinations into moments of indulgence that offer an intimate invitation to savour the many flavours of France at their most expressive.

Krasnova, whose artistic creations have been showcased in North American and European publications, opened her second Mon Paris location in the heart of Olympic Village earlier this year to showcase her modern and award-winning takes on cakes, chocolates, pastries and confections as well as Parisian baguette sandwiches and lunch-focused fare.
