Since opening in 2020, Brass Fish Tavern has become an essential destination in the Financial District offering inspired casual dining in a soaring Art Deco heritage space. For Dine Out Vancouver, the Freehouse Collective food and drink team has been given free rein to express their culinary vision with a menu choices like Seafood Paella Risotto, Sablefish with Clam Chowder, and Chicken Chasseur bookended by irresistible appetizers and desserts. Optional wine and dessert whiskey pairings complete the experience.
Freehouse Collective’s legendary cocktail haunts Clough Club and The Stock Room are made for nights with stiff drinks and loose conversation. This year, they are leaning into their signature classics to scratch that street food itch with the Smash Burger & Dirty Fries at Stock Room and Street Corn Dog & Waffle Fries at Clough Club featured alongside their impeccable craft cocktails.
Both Sing Sing Main Street and Sing Sing Commercial Drive are bringing their signature Asian-inspired comfort food to the Dine Out Vancouver party with a menu highlighted by their Phở Bò Sing Sing or Avocado & Crispy Tofu, paired with seared Shishito Peppers or Cured Tuna Tartare, finished off with a Salty Pretzel Toffee Pudding to satisfy that sweet craving.
