Lavantine Restaurant & Skybar is bringing some of its guest favourite dishes back for a return engagement as part of its new three-course, prix-fixe Spring Feature Menu now available at the chic rooftop oasis high atop the AZUR Legacy Hotel at 833 West Pender Street.

Offered Sundays through Thursdays from 3 to 11 p.m. until May, Executive Chef Daniel Kenney’s Spring Feature Menu offers a choice of Starter (Truffle Hummus, Burrata, Lentil Soup, Braised Lamb Hummus or Muhammara), Main (Salmon Skewer, Lamb Bucatini, Stuffed Eggplant, Lamb Shank Tagine, Beef Tenderloin) and Dessert (Tahina Crème Brûlée, Fig Fudge, Dubai Chocolate Cheesecake) for $65 per person plus tax and gratuity.

Returning by popular demand, this curated dining experience brings back standout selections and guest favourites and offers a well-balanced progression from Lavantine’s vibrant appetizers through to comforting entrées and elegant and mouth-watering desserts.
