A trio of Parq Casino dining destinations are springing forward with new food and drink features including an ‘After Office’ Happy Hour Meal at The Victor and D/6 Lounge‘On Cue’ elevated sonic lounge music experiences Thursday nights at D/6 and an ‘A Tavola’ prix-fixe menu of Italian favourites at Honey Salt Sundays through Thursdays.

 

The full lineup of spring features and events now taking centre stage at the three Parq Casino destinations located at 39 Smithe St. include:

 

D/6 LOUNGE
New After Office Happy Hour Meal, On Cue Thursdays

 

Chic hotspot D/6 Lounge has added an exclusive new ‘After Office’ Happy Hour Meal to the daily menu from 5-7 p.m. that features an 8oz King River Wagyu Burger (caramelized onions, aged cheddar, black truffle aioli), Triple Cooked Fries and a Baked Apple Pie served with a 1.5 oz Grey Goose Tiny-Tini (Grey Goose, dry vermouth, lemon peel) with a toy included for $39 per person plus tax and gratuity.

During D/6’s daily Happy Hour offered from 5-7 p.m. and all day on Sundays, guests can also enjoy 25% off share plates such as Jumbo Prawn Cocktails (tiger prawns, atomic horseradish, wasabi cocktail sauce), Crab Cakes (sea bean & fennel salad, vadouvan-spiced curry aioli) and Chicken Kara-Age (agave citrus, red chili dip) along with $14 signature cocktails, 14oz sleeves of craft beer for $7, 6oz glasses of wine for $12 and Brewmaster’s Choice Sake for $12 (5 oz) or $24 (9 oz).

 

On Thursday nights from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m., D/6 also hosts elevated sonic lounge music experiences for modern listeners during ‘On Cue’ Thursdays. These intimate, soulful and intentional events take place in a refined atmosphere where music, conversation and culture coexist and guests are encouraged to listen deeply, connect authentically and experience the art of sound and a musical palette of modern R&B and alternative soul at its best via live DJ sets and soulful performances.

 

THE VICTOR

The ‘After Office’ Happy Hour Meal is also available daily from 5-7 p.m. next door at The Victor as part of its menu of Victory Hour menu of food & drink features offered exclusively at the bar & lounge Sundays from 3-7 p.m., Mondays to Saturdays from 5-7 p.m. and Sundays to Thursdays from 9 p.m. to close.

 

The Victory Hour lineup also gives guests 25% off an array of chilled and hot items like Dynamite and Spicy Tuna Rolls, Steak Tartare, Shrimp Tempuraand Wagyu Croquettes, a half dozen Fanny Bay Oysters with lemon, mignonette and horseradish for $27 and a Royal Chilled Seafood Platter (East & West Coast oysters, jumbo prawns, Hamachi Nobu style, gingo salmon aburi skewers, bluefin tuna tartare, taro chips) for $90.

 

Cocktail lovers can also imbibe from a list of $14 signature cocktails that includes the Pear’e Godmother (Dillon’s small batch vodka, pear, lemon, honey & cardamom syrup, vegan foamer), Midnight Premiere (popcorn-infused Bacardi black, red vermouth, Cynar, chocolate bitters), a Nitro Espresso Martini (Grey Goose, Kahlua, Cloud House coffee rum, espresso) and Port In a Storm (Maker’s Mark, Canadian Club rye, tawny 10yr port, red vermouth, Campari, crème de cacao), a trio of zero-proof libations for $12 each as well as specials on sake, rotating wine features and import and local beer.

 

HONEY SALT
‘A Tavola’ (To the Table!) Prix-Fixe Menu, Drink Features

 

Italian cuisine aficionados are in for a treat this spring courtesy of Honey Salt’s new ‘A Tavola!’ (To the Table!) three-course, prix-fixe menu available for $58 per person plus tax and gratuity from 5 p.m. to close Sundays through Thursdays.

 

Served with Uncle Tony’s Cheesy Focaccia Bread (fior di latte, Parmigiano Reggiano, garlic herb butter), guests can select their favourite appetizer (Caesar salad or crispy fried calamari), main (chicken parm, fettucine Bolognese, cacio e pepe gnocchi) and dessert (tiramisu or brookie) and also enjoy signature Italian cocktails like Aperol Spritzes and Negronis as well as select sparkling, white and red wines and import and local craft beer.
