Join us at the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts (PICA) for an exclusive “Chefs for Bocuse” fundraising dinner where a handful of Vancouver’s elite chefs will join Chef Alex Chen (Iron Chef 2018, Canadian Culinary Champion 2018 and past Bocuse d’Or Top 10 finisher) for a spectacular multi-course dinner collaboration in support of sending our national culinary team to the Bocuse d’Or Grand Final in January in Lyon, France.
