Pointer is a classic Central Valley Cabernet Sauvignon with ripe red fruit aromas, and soft and generous tannins. It has good balance and nice body.

We all enjoyed this wine, paired with Smash Burgers. It’s bold and ripe with great body and reasonable tannins. Try pairing it with any bbq fare like ribs with tangy sauce or a rare steak. You won’t be disappointed.
Don’t be afraid to challenge this wine. Our Smash Burgers provided a great pairing with lots of condiments like raw onions, grilled onions, cheese slices or real cheese, tomatoes, lettuce all on a toasted brioche style bun.
Served along with a fresh salad with French radishes, cucumber, and arugula from the garden tossed in a homemade vinaigarette.
