The menu hits every delicious holiday note with a sage-roasted local turkey, accompanied by famous Railtown sides like maple-glazed sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts with toasted almonds, buttered carrots, mashed Yukon Gold potatoes, and Executive Chef Dan Olson’s legendary dried apricot chestnut and brioche bread stuffing.

Because no two groups are alike, Railtown Catering offers the Turkey-to-Go in two sizes: Small (5-6 guests) $325 and Large (10-12 guests) $475, along with a wide range of enhancements and add-ons. Customize dinner with extra sides or AAA Slow Roasted Certified Angus Prime Rib ($289, serves 8-10 as a side) with jus and horseradish, signature Roasted Squash ($35) as a plant-based centerpiece or rich additional side dish, or the new Butternut Squash Mac and Cheese ($39) for a rich, irresistible side which satisfies like a main course. Dessert is even taken care of with an included Pecan Pie with Chantilly Cream to please every sweet tooth.
