Glowbal Restaurant Group will set the mood for romance on Valentine’s Day (Saturday, Feb. 14th) by offering exclusive mouth-watering menus at eight of its popular hotspots in Greater Vancouver including Five Sails, Italian Kitchen, Coast, Glowbal, Riley’s Fish & Steak, Trattoria by Italian Kitchen, The Roof and Black + Blue.

On Saturday, Feb. 14th, Glowbal’s flagship restaurant in Downtown Vancouver will showcase a three-course prix-fixe menu for two to share for $89 per person plus tax and gratuity that offers a choice of Starter — West Coast Oysters (espelette cocktail sauce and mignonette) or Burrata (olive pesto, sundried cherry tomatoes, arugula and grilled focaccia) — followed by a Main course of 14oz Prime Grilled NY Steak (tempura tiger prawns, Dungeness crab pomme purée, grilled vegetables, merlot jus) and Strawberry Tiramisu Sphere (strawberry compote & sponge, earl grey syrup, matcha crumble, strawberry jelly) for dessert, with curated wine pairings also available for an additional $35 per person plus tax and gratuity.
Glowbal will also showcase a one-night-only à-la-carte menu showcasing appetizers such as Fried Humboldt Calamari, SRF Wagyu Steak Tartare, Crab & Prawn Cake, Albacore Tuna and more, and Entrées including Haida Gwaii Sablefish, Truffled Spaghetti & Meatballs, King Salmon, Lobster Tagliatelle and more. Guests can enhance their Valentine’s Day dining experience by adding Freshly Shaved Black Truffle or Herb-Garlic Sautéed Prawns for $16, Seared Foie Gras for $24 or Hokkaido Scallops for $27.

For Valentine’s Day, the award-winning culinary team at Five Sails will offer a special five-course feast for the senses for $195 per person plus tax and gratuity that includes an Amuse-Bouche (Warm Cauliflower Custard, Yellowtail Fennel Tart, Brioche) followed by Bluefin Tuna ‘Rose’ (citrus arbequina vinaigrette & gel, kohlrabi), Lobster Bisque (seared Pacific scallop, Dungeness crab croquette, citrus foam), Comté Cheese Spaetzle (foie gras, caramelized onion, black truffle, pickled kohlrabi), Charcoal Grilled A5 Wagyu Striploin with Madeira jus and a ‘Love Letter’ (strawberry sorbet, mascarpone cream, Kasama chocolate almond, vanilla sponge) for dessert.

On Valentine’s Day night, Coast will mark the occasion and set the mood with a prix-fixe menu that includes a choice of Appetizer (Lobster Bisque, Scallops, Lobster Louie Salad or Mozzarella di Buffala and Heirloom Tomatoes),Main (Prime Beef Striploin, Chilean Sea Bass, Seafood Spaghetti or Mushroom Ravioli) and Dessert (Strawberry Nocturne, Vanilla Créme Brûlée or Dark Chocolate Bar with fresh berries) for $95 per person plus tax and gratuity.

Culinary temptations abound at Italian Kitchen this Valentine’s Day courtesy of an à-la-carte menu that includes ‘The Art of Sharing’ features such as a Deluxe Pasta Tower that showcases Rigatoni all’Aragosta, 100 Yolk Tagliolini al Tartufo Nero and Mafaldine Burrata & Pistacchio for $105 for two or a spectacular Torre Degli Innamorati (Tower of the Lovers) sharing option for two that offers a 14oz Grilled Striploin with truffled potato mash, sautéed rapini and red wine jus, Prawn & Scallop Ravioloni with asparagus velouté, burrata, Oscetra caviar and chili & garlic oil and Pan-Seared Duck Breast with chestnut purée, balsamic cipollini, roasted Brussels sprouts, fig jam and rosemary honey for $175 plus tax and gratuity.
