The countdown is on for EAT! Vancouver, the 16th annual food and cooking festival that takes Vancouver by storm from Nov 5-10, 2018, and features culinary collaborations between award-winning chefs across Canada and the United States. Proceeds from EAT! support Project CHEF, an elementary school educational program focused on healthy food and cooking.
EAT! is known for bringing in some of the best chefs in Canada, and now the US…including Neal Fraser from Redbird, LA; and Naomi Pomeroy from Beast, Portland.

EAT! Vancouver’s signature event is back and bigger than ever. EAT! Vancouver’s entire 2018 lineup of rock star chefs will offer bites of canapés that embody their cuisine, resulting in an unparalleled event highlighting some of the best chefs in the world, all in one room.
A selection of carefully-selected wine pairings will complement the decadent canapés being served, with desserts from award winning pastry chefs – Edmonton’s Sweet Lollapalooza, and Montreal’s Patrice Patissier.
