Italian oenologist and winery consultant Alberto Antonini will be the guest at Marquis Wine Cellars on Thursday, December 19, 2014. Formally educated in Agricultural Studies from the University of Florence, enology in Bordeaux and at the University of California Antonini leads a very busy and globe trotting life.
Antonini is a consulting winemaker for Okanagan Crush Pad and it is a rare treat to have him stop in Vancouver. Senior wine maker for two Italian wineries, families Antinori and Frescobaldi as well as a consultant for numerous wineries in Chile, Argentina, the United States, Australia, Spain, Romania, South Africa, and his native Italy.
