Mother’s Day Brunch at Miradoro Restaurant

Celebrate Mother’s Day on Sunday May 11th with a special brunch at Tinhorn Creek Vineyards destination restaurant, Miradoro, recently honoured with a gold medal for Best Winery/Vineyard Dining in the 25th Annual Vancouver Magazine Restaurant Awards. Located amongst the stunning views of the South Okanagan Valley wine country, Mother’s Day at Miradoro is sure to be memorable with Chef Jeff Van Geest and his talented team serving a spectacular brunch.
Special menu highlights include panetonne French toast with house made yogurt and summer fruit preserves; spot prawn and fingerling potato fritatta with wild watercress salad and espelette aioli; polenta gnocchi with sweet peas, morel mushrooms and poached egg; as well as a selection of handcrafted sandwiches and classic Neapolitan style pizzas.
