This pumpkin spice is anything but basic. The District Brasserie is the proud new owner of the North Shore’s first beer fusion tower and this weekend they’re infusing Alexander Keith’s finest brew with fall favourites like pumpkin spice and apple pie.
The fusion tower was specifically developed to pour ice-cold infused beer featuring an endless number of flavour possibilities. Think fruits, veggies, spices and anything else the brains behind the bar can come up with. The only no-go? Sadly, it’s bacon.
But don’t let that burst your bubble, because each week, Chef Paul Mon-Kau will be putting together inspired infusions featuring fresh, natural ingredients designed to compliment seasonal trends and The District’s brand new fall menu items.
With new signature infusions running from Thursday-Sunday weekly, be sure to swing by and get a taste of Chef Paul’s flavourful creations. But hurry! Quantities per infusion are limited.
