This is Dirty Laundry’s oaked chardonnay.  They also make an un-oaked one (Not So Knotty Chardonnay).  Straw coloured with medium-light intensity.  Aromas of apple, pear, citrus and mineral on the nose.  Good balance with medium body.  Citrus and mineral on the palate. Lemon lingers on the medium-long finish.  This paired nicely with roasted apricot glazed Cornish game hens.

This has to be one of the best Pinot Gris I have ever tasted.  Golden yellow in colour with medium intensity.  Tropical fruit, melon, mineral and honey on the nose.  Very well balanced, slightly off dry and full-bodied.  The palate is intense, packed with tree fruit flavour.  A long, lingering finish.  Flavours intensify.
