The colour is garnet red with deep intensity.  Aromas of red fruit, smoke, spice, black pepper and chocolate on the nose.  Well balanced.  The flavours echo the nose with coffee undertones with a medium-long finish.  Great wine to serve on a cold day with a slow cooker stew.

Lemon yellow in colour with medium-light intensity.  Citrus and tree fruit aromas on the nose.  Well balanced with good mouthfeel.  The citrus and tree fruit carries on to the palate with a medium-long finish.  A social style wine that’s good wine to serve guests before dinner.

This is a high altitude cab, grown at 1700 metres in Salta, north (think warmer) of Mendoza.  Garnet red in colour with medium-deep intensity. Aromas of earth, red fruit, chocolate and spice on the nose.  Good balance with a slightly sweet entry and smooth ripe tannins.  Ripe red fruit on the palate with raspberry dominating.  A medium-long finish with lingering chocolate and fruit flavours.

This wine has an interesting colour – garnet, purple and black.  The nose shows aromas of red and black fruit, meat and a hint of chocolate.  Good balance with a slightly sweet entry and firm ripe tannins.  Juicy berries on the palate with a medium finish.

Sourced from vineyards in the Similkameen, near Cawston, this wine is golden yellow with medium intensity.  The nose shows aromas of apple, citrus, mineral and honey.  Good balance with good mouthfeel.  The flavours follow through on the palate with notes of vanilla on the medium-long finish.  Roasted rosemary chicken and seafood dishes will go well with this wine.
